Terms and Policies

**Booking Confirmation:**

- All bookings made through the Tonquin Travel website are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a valid payment.

**Payment Policy:**

- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

- Payments can be made through our secure online payment system.

**Cancellation Policy:**

- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.

- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the departure date.

- In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refunds will be provided.

**Amendment Policy:**

- Changes to the booking, such as date changes or alterations to the itinerary, may be subject to additional fees. No more than 20% value of the whole tours.

- Tonquin Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (climate disasters, pandemics in the travelling areas, strikes in the residences, etc). In such cases, clients will be offered alternative options or a full refund.

**Travel Insurance:**

- Tonquin Travel recommends all clients to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.

- Tonquin offers travel insurances for our customers in case they do not have travel insurances before departure dates.

**Responsibility:**

- Tonquin Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property during the course of the trip. Tonquin secures and supports customers throughout the trips and customer services after the trips.

- Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for the destination, including valid passports and visas.

- In case of acquiring visa to visit Vietnam, please contact us for further support.
